Muesli
Description of produktMuesli consists of cereal flakes, oil-containing seeds as wells as dried fruit and is mostly eaten with milk or yoghurt for breakfast. Around 1900, the Swiss doctor Maximilian Oskar Bircher-Benner developed this healthy food to introduce his patients to a full-value diet with fresh fruit. Today, muesli is a basic component of European breakfast culture. Since the term muesli is not protected, many other products that contain cereals and dried fruit this additional description: e.g. muesli bar, muesli slice, muesli flakes.
