Description of product

Prepared soups are available on the market in fluid form in tins or as instant soups in a bag. Tinned soup is warmed briefly and then is ready to be eaten. Powdered concentrates are ready to be served after the addition of drinking water and a brief period of cooking. Savoury soups are produced on the basis of meat, fish, vegetables or mushrooms. Sweeter soups are produced using cereals, starches or dough, to which sugar as well as natural or artificial flavours are added.

Due to the quantity of varying sauces, general indications cannot be given of possible applications of genetic technology.
